An Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment looks at the practical impact of an injury on tasks that make up an ordinary day. The focus may include personal care, domestic responsibilities, mobility and access to the community. 日常生活能力（ADL）评估关注伤情对日常活动的实际影响，包括个人护理、家务、行动能力和社区活动。
A referral can ask for an independent view of function, relevant limitations and recommendations that respond to the person’s circumstances. The assessment questions and report should match the insurer-approved scope. 转介可以要求对个人功能、相关限制和适合其具体情况的建议作出独立评估。评估问题和报告应符合保险公司批准的范围。
